Paul H. Spaeth has been an attorney since 1983, having served as counsel in the United States Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee in Columbus, Ohio and, since 1990, as a private practitioner. Mr. Spaeth opened his own practice in 1997 which is conveniently located at 7925 Paragon Road, Suite 101, Dayton, Ohio (Washington Township). Mr. Spaeth's practice is focused primarily in the area of bankruptcy law, with representation of both debtors and creditors in personal and business bankruptcies. He also handles collections and creditors' rights matters and general business matters including formation, purchases and sales of businesses. Mr. Spaeth has practiced in the bankruptcy field since 1988.

Mr. Spaeth has been a member of the panel of Chapter 7 trustees in Dayton, Ohio since 1997, having administered thousands of cases in this capacity. He has represented many individuals and businesses in bankruptcy matters under Chapters 7 (liquidation), 11 (business reorganization) and 13 (individual reorganization). He has lectured at a number of seminars of attorneys and has written on bankruptcy topics.
